Teen Found Shot to Death in Car
VAN NUYS —
A teenage boy was shot to death Wednesday night, possibly the victim of a gang-related fight, police said.
The victim was found sprawled in a car about 9:15 p.m. in the 13600 block of Vanowen Street, said Sgt. Dave Cueto of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Van Nuys Division.
“There’s a running gun battle,” Cueto said, adding that the incident may have been gang-related. Other information on the shooting was not immediately available.
