1 Dies, 1 Injured in Lake Forest Crash
A Mission Viejo man was killed when the Honda Civic he was driving collided with a Toyota sports car in Lake Forest early Saturday morning, officials said.
Nathaniel Wiles, 20, was pronounced dead at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo. His 19-year-old male passenger was listed in critical condition.
The crash was at the intersection of Bake and Portola parkways, Orange County sheriff’s Sgt. Tony Rojo said. The other motorist was a woman driving a Toyota MR2, officials said.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
