Chase Knolls Designation
* Now that the Chase Knolls apartment complex in Sherman Oaks has been designated an historic cultural monument, the hard work begins. Your editorial (“Good-Faith Review Needed,” July 16) got it right--the city, the developer, residents and neighbors should find a solution that’s acceptable to everyone. I believe it’s possible. But all parties need to reestablish communication, be willing to explore alternatives and work together. I look forward to starting soon.
