My Favorite Hotel

Each week the Travel section is filled with places to stay. Now it’s your turn to enlighten us -- and your fellow readers. What’s your favorite hotel, motel, inn or B&B; in California? How about Las Vegas?

We’re asking readers to vote -- by mail, fax or e-mail -- for the best lodgings in six categories. We’ll publish the results in the Travel section on Aug. 13.

Nominations are limited to places in which you have spent at least one night in the past three years. You can vote in all the categories, or just one. And please tell us, briefly, the reasons for your recommendation.

Entries must be received no later than Aug. 1. One entry per person. Name, address and phone number are for the purpose of verifying ballots and must be included for your vote to count. (Don’t worry, your name will not be printed without your consent.)
