City officials are putting together the final details for Brea Fest, A Taste of the Arts, which will take place from 7 to 10:30 p.m. Aug. 18 at the Brea Civic & Cultural Center, at Birch Street and Randolph Avenue. Live bands, theater performances, gallery exhibits and food from more than 30 restaurants will be available. Admission and entertainment is free, and food coupons are available for $2.50 each.
