The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Tuesday:

ANAHEIM

* Campus Drive: A burglary was reported in the 9700 block at 8:28 a.m. Tuesday.

BREA

* Brea Mall: Grand theft was reported in the 400 block at 4:23 p.m. Monday.

* Brea Mall: Petty theft was reported in the 300 block at 1:56 p.m. Monday.

* North La Canada Drive: Petty theft was reported in the 1400 block at 2:12 p.m. Monday.

COSTA MESA

* Baker Street: Annoying phone calls were reported in the 600 block at 9:50 a.m. Monday.

* Conway Avenue: Vandalism was reported in the 1200 block at 5:15 p.m. Monday.

* Reims Lane: Trespassing was reported in the 300 block at 4:45 p.m. Monday.

* San Juan Lane: A disturbance was reported in the 2800 block at 9:55 p.m. Monday.

FULLERTON

* West Commonwealth Avenue: Vandalism was reported in the 2400 block at 6:32 a.m. Monday.

* Gingerwood Circle: A burglary was reported in the 2900 block at 11:34 p.m. Monday.

* East Valencia Drive: A grand theft was reported in the 100 block at 8 p.m. Monday.

* Yorba Linda Boulevard at State College Boulevard: A traffic accident was reported at the intersection at 4:25 p.m. Monday.

GARDEN GROVE

* Brookhurst Street: A Garden Grove woman and her husband were arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon in the 13900 block at 6:48 p.m. on Friday. The woman began to fight with a security guard as she was being escorted out of a supermarket because she had been causing a disturbance. During the fight the woman bit the guard and her husband broke a drinking glass and stabbed the guard in the right thigh.

LAGUNA BEACH

* Bern Drive: A 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public drunkenness in the 3100 block at 2:53 p.m. Monday.

* Morningside Drive: Police captured a medium-size rattlesnake that was coiled up by a curb in the 1500 block at 11:31 a.m. Monday.

* Nyes Place: A man reported receiving phone calls from his girlfriend, who was allegedly threatening to burn down his house, in the 600 block at 8:34 p.m. Monday.

* Seacliff Drive: A man reported children were trespassing on his property to jump in the ocean in the 31000 block at 4:05 p.m. The children were gone by the time police arrived.

LA HABRA

* West Commonwealth Avenue: Vandalism was reported in the 2400 block at 6:32 a.m. Monday.

* West Imperial Highway: Petty theft was reported in the 1000 block at 10:18 p.m. Monday.

* West Lambert Road: A structure fire was reported in the 1400 block at 11:58 p.m. Monday. No injuries were reported.

LOS ALAMITOS

* Walnut Street: A report of a petty theft in the 1000 block at 3:04 p.m. A customer reportedly stole tanning lotion from a salon.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Jasmine Avenue: Annoying phone calls were reported in the 400 block at 5 p.m. Monday.

* Irvine Avenue: A burglar broke into a car and stole a wallet, cellular phone and credit cards in the 3000 block between 6:45 and 8 p.m. Sunday.

* Via Oporto: A cellular phone valued at $220 was stolen in the 3400 block between 9 and 10:30 p.m. Sunday.

PLACENTIA

* North Angelina Drive: Two boys appeared to be trying to pry boards from the rear of a building in the 500 block at 6:49 p.m. Monday.

* Orchid Circle: A woman’s flowers were damaged by a neighbor’s chickens at 11:27 a.m. Monday.

* South Rose Drive at East Orangethorpe Avenue: A man was booked for public intoxication at 2:23 p.m. Monday.

SAN CLEMENTE

* East Avenida Junipero: People were reported jumping on parked vehicles in the 100 block at 3:30 a.m. Sunday.

* Avenida Monterey: A neighbor reported loud music from a party next door in the 200 block at 1:45 a.m. Sunday.

* Calle Canasta: A motorist was cited on suspicion of driving without a license in the 600 block at 10:10 p.m. Sunday.

* Calle de Industrias: Two people reported damage to the windshields of their vehicles in a hotel parking lot in the 30 block at 7:40 a.m. Sunday.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

* Rancho Viejo Road: A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol near Golf Club Drive at 1:15 a.m. Sunday.

* Camino Capistrano: A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol near Acjachema Street at 12:20 a.m. Saturday.

* San Juan Creek Road: Several bags, plane tickets, passports and cash were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 32000 block at 7:55 p.m. Saturday.

STANTON

* Beach Boulevard: A misdemeanor hit and run was reported in the 10900 block at 2:44 p.m. Tuesday.

* Cedar Street: A citizen’s arrest was made in the 11100 block at 10:25 a.m. Tuesday.

YORBA LINDA

* Brentwood Place: Obscene phone calls were reported in the 5300 block at 9:14 a.m. Monday.

* Dorthea Street: A residential burglary was reported in the 4200 block at 10:33 a.m. Monday.

* Ernest Johnson Circle: Petty theft was reported in the 24200 block at 5:29 p.m. Monday.

* La Palma Avenue: Grand theft was reported in the 22900 block at 10:35 a.m. Monday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Buena Park, Cypress, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Irvine, La Palma, Orange, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Tustin and Westminster.
