FOUNTAIN VALLEY
Tim Smith is the Fountain Valley recipient of the fifth annual Ethics in America Award. Twenty-one Chambers of Commerce throughout Orange County each selected a business, professional or company from their community to receive the award. Smith was given the award for his work as chief of the Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center.
