ANAHEIM
Caltrans has opened the southbound Orangewood Avenue offramp from the Santa Ana Freeway. Officials say the offramp will help ease traffic on Katella Avenue as well as in the Anaheim resort area by giving vehicles direct access to Orangewood Avenue.
