Man Wounded in Domestic Dispute
A 20-year-old Sherman Oaks woman was arrested early Sunday on suspicion of attempted murder in the shooting of her husband, police said.
Amy Caine was booked into the Van Nuys Jail, where she is being held in lieu of $1-million bail.
The unidentified shooting victim was taken to a local hospital, where he remained in critical condition, Los Angeles Police Officer Eduardo Funes said.
Officers responding to a domestic-violence call at 12:48 a.m. Sunday in Sherman Oaks found a man who had been shot in the neck, Funes said.
Caine is expected to be arraigned this week, Funes said.
