ANAHEIM
The City Council on Tuesday approved the operating permit for the Islamic Institute of Orange County on North Placentia Avenue. Some council members had questioned whether the church’s proposed facilities included enough parking. Staff members told the council the permit does not allow the church and assembly hall to be used at the same time, and therefore the proposed parking is adequate.
