“Man of La Mancha,” the musical story of Don Quixote, will be performed by the Saddleback Civic Light Opera at 8 p.m. Friday and 3 or 8 p.m. on various dates through July 16 in McKinney Theatre at Saddleback College, 28000 Marguerite Parkway, Mission Viejo.
