* Film. “The Eyes of Tammy Faye,” a documentary about the former queen of religious broadcasting that proved a hit at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, will open Los Angeles’ Outfest 2000 gay and lesbian film festival on July 6. “The Broken Hearts Club,” a romantic comedy starring Timothy Olyphant and former “Lois & Clark” lead Dean Cain, will close on July 17.
