Family Found Decapitated

UTUADO, Puerto Rico —
Carmen Maldonado Santana and her four children were found decapitated in their house in this small mountain town Thursday, and police said the woman’s husband, Hector Mercado Cedeno, was a suspect. Police said they had not determined a motive.
