Lavin and Bibby Might Need a Timeout

Whenever Steve Lavin is asked about his game plan, he always emphasizes that he teaches his players the more important game: the game of life. That’s funny, I always thought he was there to coach basketball.

I should read tea leaves for a living. I see the Trojans just missing the cutoff for the NCAA tournament and then going on to just miss being invited to the NIT. I know you are going to say that anyone could have guessed that.

I also see Coach Bibby saying that this is a young team and that they will be back next year. Next year he will be saying that they need new blood and that the freshman class coming in should help. In the meantime, I think I’d better not quit my job until I can predict something a little more demanding.
