The city now has a second vacant seat on its Planning Commission, with the recent election of Commissioner Ken Ryan to the City Council.
Ryan, a planning commissioner for four years, will be sworn in April 4 after election results are certified by the County Registrar of Voters.
Robert Clemmer resigned from the commission in December.
The deadline for applying for the two positions is March 31. City Clerk Carolyn Wallace said she will ask the City Council on April 4 to pick a date to interview the candidates. Information: (714) 961-7130.
