The city has scheduled an employee luncheon today to honor Luz Rodriguez, administrative clerk, as Employee of the Year. Rodriguez was chosen by the city workers for her outstanding contributions. Employees who have reached five- and 10-year milestones of working for the city will also be acknowledged.
