Fatal Crash Victim Was Agoura Woman
The Ventura County coroner’s office has released the identity of the 57-year-old Agoura woman who was killed Saturday when her car plunged 35 feet off the Ventura Freeway onto Rancho Road.
Jacqueline Alexander died at the scene from traumatic head injuries when her Honda Accord landed upside down, authorities said.
Alexander was northbound about 1 p.m. when her car hit a freeway wall near the Moorpark Freeway and veered off the road. Witnesses reported seeing the car weaving before the crash, authorities said.
Toxicology reports from the coroner’s office are pending.
