The Irvine software company posted first-quarter net income of $168,631, or 2 cents a share, down 12% from $192,391, or 3 cents a share, for the 1999 first quarter. The company attributed the drop to increased expenses from moving to new headquarters and increasing personnel. Sales rose 82% to $1.6 million.
