A crowded meeting is expected tonight when the city hosts a public forum to review the proposed 356-acre Whispering Hills project.
The plan calls for 356 single-family homes and a road within 200 feet of the ridgeline.
An alternate plan calls for 255 homes and an 18-hole golf course.
