The Planning Commission should deny a proposal to build a 60-foot cellular phone antenna disguised as a palm tree in the 24000 block of Bridger Road, city staff members say. The green antenna decorated with fake palm fronds would not blend into the surrounding area, according to staff reports. The commission will meet at 7 p.m. today at City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive.
