Winner Named to Tradebonds.com Post

* Andrew Winner has been named chief technical officer for Tradebonds.com. in Newport Beach. Before joining the company, Winner was a manager at Western Asset Management Co. He was also a founding employee of Investment Technology Group Inc.

* Bruce C. Edwards has joined the board of directors of Emulex Corp. in Costa Mesa. Edwards is president and chief executive of Powerwave Technologies Inc. Before that, he was at AST Research Inc. for 11 years, most recently as executive vice president and chief financial officer and a member of the board of directors.

* Michael C. Cortney and Jeffrey V. Peterson have been elected to the board of directors of Standard Pacific Corp. in Irvine. Cortney is executive vice president of Standard Pacific and president of Standard Pacific of Northern California. Peterson is managing director of the Private Client Services division at Trust Company of the West in Los Angeles.

* William Toth has been appointed vice president of client services for Versifi Inc. in Newport Beach. Before joining the company, Toth was a senior director of client services for Vitalcom.

* Wendy Jacobson has been named director of information technology for El Pollo Loco in Irvine. She was formerly manager of information technology at Winchell’s Donut House. Jacobson has also held systems engineering and technical management positions at the Trane Co. and First Team Real Estate.

* Valerie S. Miran has joined Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. in Irvine as community association manager. She was previously a property relations representative for National Water & Power.

* Thomas J. Masline has been appointed principal of Collaborative West in San Clemente. He joined the firm in 1998 as director of finance.

* Mike Harkins is the new vice president of sales at Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc. in Garden Grove. He was formerly new business development senior manager for Integrated Device Technology. Before that, Harkins was director of marketing and sales for North America and Europe for Tritech Microelectronics Inc. In addition, Richard H. Wheaton has joined the board of directors. He succeeds Trude C. Taylor, who has retired from his seat. Wheaton, a management consultant, had been with Price Waterhouse LLP for 30 years.

* Marita McBee has been named volunteer coordinator for Habitat for Humanity of Orange County. She had been a volunteer.

* Thomas M. Kelley has been named executive vice president of First American Trust, a subsidiary of First American Corp. in Santa Ana. He had been senior vice president-corporate business development.

* Mark Mazza has been named vice president and general manager of U.S. international operations for BAX Global in Irvine. Mazza has worked at BAX for more than 20 years as international vice president for the Western region, international manager of the San Francisco region and international manager of San Diego operations. In addition, Rick Whitaker was appointed vice president of international gateways and Greg Davis was selected as vice president of Latin America operations. During his 12 years with the company, Whitaker has been international vice president of the central division, director of strategic lift planning, general manager of gateways, Chicago district manager and Chicago gateway manager. Davis has been with BAX for 21 years, holding such positions as district sales manager, district manager, district operations manager, director of Latin America and Caribbean services, and international vice president of the Eastern division.
