SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
The City Council is scheduled to discuss on Wednesday overnight parking permits at the Capistrano Villas apartments.
The issue is whether to extend required, overnight permits to Capistrano Villa I, which includes Oso Road and the northern most part of Avenida de la Vista.
Capistrano Villa I removed itself from the permit area in February 1996. Since then, many residents have complained of overflow from permitted areas south of Capistrano Villa I to Mission Street.
