Internationally known Celtic harpist Kim Robertson will perform Sunday afternoon in Glendale. Robertson’s musical roots are in the classical pedal harp repertoire, and her approach to Celtic harp is considered untraditional. She is known for her innovative arrangements of traditional pieces and for her original music.

Collectibles Show

The Foothill Collectors for Keeps Club will present its 16th annual Collectibles Show on Sunday in Burbank. Hallmark ornaments, Beanie Babies, Carlton Heirloom, Disney, McDonald’s toys and Kiddie Car Classics are just some of the collectibles that will be featured at this year’s show.

Symphony Concert

The Topanga Symphony will give a concert Sunday in the hillside community. Music Director Jerome Kessler will lead his ensemble in a program that includes works by Mozart, Paganini and Schumann.

Car Show

Art Festival

L.A. Freewaves, the seventh annual festival of experimental media, will open Monday at Cal State Northridge with two video presentations. “Baroque in Modernity” is made up of several independent videos linked to the Baroque era in either mood, tone or execution; and “Girls in Hell” features three different looks at adolescent agony from the female perspective. L.A. Freewaves programs will be presented every Monday in November at CSUN.
