LAGUNA BEACH
Three members of the Committee to Keep the Festival in Laguna Beach Inc. have won seats in the Festival of Arts annual fall election.
Scott Moore, Bruce Rasner and David Young will begin office today, when the results are announced at a private membership meeting at 7 p.m. on festival grounds.
The results are as follows: Scott Moore, 865 votes; Bruce Rasner, 793; David Young, 734; Phillip Freeman, 473; Ron Perella, 464; Kerry Smith, 461; Linda Potichke, 411.
The remaining six seats on the nine-member board are expected to be filled later this year. Five of the board’s directors were recalled last month for trying to move the summer event to San Clemente.
