The Canadian-born singer, whose hit singles include “Thank U,” “Ironic” and “You Learn,” said she planned to sell MP3 common stock valued at $433,090. The filing shows that Morissette acquired the shares in April 1999, and in the last three months has sold 189,328 shares valued at $1.5 million. The San Diego-based company has a consulting arrangement with Morissette’s artist management group, Atlas/Third Rail Management Inc. MP3.com officials weren’t available for comment.
