* Courts: All courts are closed.

* Government: All federal, state, county and municipal offices, except those providing emergency services, will be closed.
* Transportation: Ventura County Transit, MTA, Metrolink and local transit agencies resume their regular schedule today.
* Trash: Thursday and Friday pickups for all customers will be bumped to the next day.
