Work Begins on 249-Unit Retirement Community
Senior Resource Group has begun construction on a 249-unit retirement community at 5450 Vesper Ave. in Sherman Oaks. The $35-million project, designed by Oakes & Associates, will include studio and one- and two-bedroom units, with 20% of the apartments for seniors who require assisted living. The full-service retirement community is expected to open in 12 months.
SRG is a San Diego-based company that develops and operates senior care and living facilities in the western states.
