Sheriff’s Department Seeks 4 People Wanted on Warrants

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking four people wanted for allegedly violating probation or failing to appear in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

James Gregory Fanning, 34, allegedly escaped from police custody during his arrest on suspicion of driving drunk in a stolen car.

He is white, 5 feet 11, 160 pounds, and has blond hair, blue eyes and a tattoo of a skull with wings on his left arm. He last lived in the 3100 block of South A Street in Oxnard.

Rosanna Marie Fegurgur, 27, allegedly violated her probation on a conviction for forgery. She is Filipino, 5 feet 4, 140 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. An “R” is tattooed on her left ankle.

Fegurgur also uses the last name Bezy. She used to live in the Oxnard area.

Arthur Bivens Jr., 29, allegedly violated probation on a conviction for sale of a controlled substance. He last lived in the 1500 block of Oxnard Boulevard in Oxnard.

He is black, 6 feet, 180 pounds, and has black hair, brown eyes and two tattoos, including the names “Erin” on his right arm and “Nancy” on his left wrist.

Johnny Vildosola Rodriguez, 40, allegedly violated probation on a conviction for drug possession. He last lived at a rescue mission in Oxnard.

He is Latino, 5 feet 7, 130 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He has a teardrop tattooed next to his left eye, “JR” on his right hand and “MF” on his left hand.

Anyone with information should call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK or 494-TALK. There is a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
