DANA POINT
The City Council tonight will consider awarding a road resurfacing contract to R.J. Noble Co.
The $619,945 contract would extend through fiscal year 2001.
Additionally, the council is scheduled to present Stan Cummings, who is retiring as a director of the Ocean Institute, with a certificate of recognition.
