GARDEN GROVE
The City Council tonight will consider an agreement with the Crystal Cathedral Ministries to provide traffic control for its Sunday services and special events. City officials also will discuss a recommendation to televise the Housing Authority meetings.
A status report will be made on the sound wall project along the Garden Grove Freeway and council members will declare November Influenza Prevention Month.
The meeting is at 6:45 p.m. in the Community Meeting Center at 11300 Stanford Ave.
