Miguel Makes Mark on Local Scene

Southern California record buyers followed the national pattern last week, putting the new albums from Radiohead and Green Day high on the sales chart. The area’s distinctive character is more pronounced a little farther down the list, where Mexican star Luis Miguel’s new live album, which registered at No. 93 nationally, debuted at No. 17.
