A study is underway to determine the viability of a three-story building as a part of the Fairway II Office Project planned for the city. The project would involve erecting the building on a 6.35-acre lot at 675 S. Placentia Ave.
Council members approved a $40,250 study by Blodgett Baylosis Associates. The amount includes $35,000 for performance of services and a $5,250 contingency.
