ANAHEIM

* Katella Avenue: A fireworks violation was reported in the 9300 block at 10:20 p.m. Saturday.

DANA POINT

* Dana Point Harbor: Sheriff’s deputies responded to a small diesel fuel spill near Slip 21 at O Dock in the East Basin at 12:33 p.m. Saturday, authorities said. When the sheriff’s fire boat arrived, deputies could not find the source of the diesel fuel, which had already dissipated. They did not close the area, said Sgt. Ron Peoples of the sheriff’s Harbor Patrol.* Dana Point Harbor: A Santa Ana man filed a report with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department that he had fallen during a Saturday morning boating trip aboard a 34-foot powerboat from Avalon to Dana Point Harbor, authorities said.

FULLERTON

* Jacaranda Place: A fire swept through a single-family home in the 2000 block about 7 a.m. Saturday, authorities said. Firefighters put out the blaze within 10 minutes. The fire is believed to have started in the bedroom, said Battalion Chief Gary Dominguez. No injuries were reported. The cause is under investigation. Damage was estimated at $125,000.

IRVINE

* John Wayne Airport: A 33-year-old man was issued a citation for allegedly possessing a switchblade at John Wayne Airport about 12:30 p.m. Saturday, authorities said. The man received the citation after he sent his suitcase through the X-ray machine and the weapon, which is illegal to possess in California, was detected, said Sgt. Chris Visconti of the sheriff’s Airport Police Services Bureau. The switchblade was confiscated as evidence and will probably be destroyed, Visconti said.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Tasman Road: A burglary was reported in the 25100 block at 10:43 a.m. Sunday.

* Via Lomas: A petty theft was reported in the 25700 block at 1:14 p.m. Sunday.

MISSION VIEJO

* Naccome Drive: A hit-and-run accident involving a parked car was reported in the 26300 block at 1:10 p.m. Sunday.

RANCHO SANTA

MARGARITA

* Larkgrove Circle: A suspicious person was reported in the 32700 block at 12:14 a.m. Saturday.

SAN CLEMENTE

* Avenida Valencia: A petty theft was reported in the 100 block at 10:57 a.m. Sunday.

* Escalones: A person brandishing a weapon was reported in the 100 block at 2:41 p.m. Sunday.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO

* Parkplace Lane: A petty theft was reported in the 32800 block at 12:39 p.m. Sunday.

* Paseo Esteban: A fireworks violation was reported in the 27700 block at 3:56 a.m. Sunday.

SANTA ANA

* 17th Street: Gunshots were reported in the 18700 block at 4:40 p.m. Saturday.

* Dorsetshire Lane: Cruelty to animals was reported in the 100 block at 7:46 a.m. Sunday.

* Santa Ana Avenue: A suspicious person was reported in the 20100 block at 4:58 p.m. Saturday.

WESTMINSTER

* Westminster Boulevard: A narcotics violation was reported in the 6700 block at 7:31 p.m. Thursday.

OTHER COMMUNITIES

ALISO VIEJO

* Aliso Creek Road: A stolen vehicle was reported found in the 27600 block at 9:30 p.m. Saturday.

* Aliso Creek Road: Gunshots were reported in the 27600 block at 11:25 p.m. Friday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports: Brea, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, La Habra, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Orange, Placentia, Seal Beach, Tustin and Yorba Linda.
