The Norman P. Murray Community and Senior Center will host a lecture on herbal remedies at 12:30 p.m. Monday.
Dr. John Guzman will discuss the effectiveness and safety of several commonly used herbs such as St. John’s wort, saw palmetto and echinacea. Guzman will also address the quality of available herbs and how they interact with prescription medications.
