InfoLink Signs Lease on Chatsworth Office

InfoLink Screening Services of Encino has signed a seven-year lease on 18,000 square feet of office space in Chatsworth for $2.6 million. The new headquarters at 9201 Oakdale Ave. will be ready for occupancy in mid-October.

Commercial real estate firm Grubb & Ellis Co. of Orange represented the tenant and CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Catellus Finance of San Francisco.
