Faulkner Farm to Host Food Drive
There will be free hayrides for those who bring two nonperishable food items to the Faulkner Farm Pumpkin Patch on Saturday and Sunday for FOOD Share.
The program is part of the food bank’s “Trick or Treat so Others Can Eat” holiday food drive and will run from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during Faulkner Farms’ Fall Harvest Festival this weekend. The collection drive will run elsewhere from now until Christmas.
Last year’s weekend event at Faulkner Farm raised nearly 1,000 pounds of food.
