A free fitness and health expo sponsored by local shop owners will be held at the Seal Beach Mall parking lot from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Cholesterol and body fat testing, nutritional advice and demonstrations on various forms of exercise will be available. The mall is at 311 Main St. Information: (562) 799-0179.
