Simi Valley police had arrested Jimenez at her La Habra home Tuesday after the boy’s family accused her of vandalizing their home July 3 and 5, Simi Valley Police Sgt. Bob Gardner said.

The boy, who turned 17 recently, was 16 when the two met and had sex, Gardner said. The boy told investigators he struck up a friendship with Jimenez on the Internet and met 10 months later in Simi Valley. They met about 15 times in a sexual relationship that lasted from May to June, Gardner said. After their relationship ended, Jimenez allegedly began to harass the boy, police said.

Jimenez is accused of vandalism that included writing profanities on the side of the victim’s house and windows with shoe polish, Gardner said. She is also accused of stealing a briefcase from the boy’s house, Gardner said.
