The General Plan Coordinating Committee will meet at 8:30 a.m. Friday in the Wesley Room at the Laguna Country United Methodist Church, 24442 Moulton Parkway.
A subcommittee will discuss traffic and pedestrian flow and open-space issues as the committee continues to work on creating the city’s first general plan.
