ANAHEIM
Construction of the southbound Euclid Street onramp, as well as on and offramps at Lincoln Avenue, is complete. The ramps are now open for use. The temporary ramps at Loara Street have been closed. The construction was part of the Santa Ana improvement project that began in December 1996.
