Applicants are being sought for two positions on the Los Alamitos Personnel Appeals Commission. The five-member commission meets as needed to hear appeals regarding city government personnel matters.
Candidates must be residents of the city and may not hold any salaried position within the city government. The City Council will interview candidates and may make appointments as early as Oct. 9. Information: (562) 431-3538, Ext. 220.
