OJAI--Hundreds of costumed re-enactors, entertainers and merchants will re-create a 16th century pirate village at the Renaissance Pirate Festival, Sept. 23-24. TURLOCK--The 10th annual Skandi-Fest will celebrate Scandinavian heritage, Sept. 22-24.
