Newcomers to cyberspace may attend “Tools & Tricks: Internet 101,” a workshop with tips for finding your way through the Internet, at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Newport Beach Central Library’s Friends Meeting Room, 1000 Avocado Ave. Topics will include how to use search engines, e-mail and bookmarks.
