The 36th annual Halloween Howl will take place Oct. 28 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Cultural Arts and Recreation Center. The event will feature spooky games and contests, as well as a costume parade. One-dollar donations for adults and 50-cent donations for children are suggested. Information: (714) 379-9222, Ext. 270.
