LA PALMA
The City Council is considering changing its policy on accepting memorials to include plaques honoring individuals who have worked in La Palma, though they may not live there.
Current policy allows only for memorials in the name of La Palma residents.
The issue was discussed during a City Council meeting last week, but officials delayed a decision so that staff could do more research.
