Sample ballot: Available online at the city clerk’s Web site, listed above. Click on: What Am I Voting On?

How to vote: In the aftermath of the Florida punch-card ballot fiasco in the presidential election, Los Angeles poll workers have been trained to teach voters how to punch the cards completely so there are no hanging chads. Voters with any questions or concerns should speak to election workers at their polling place. Information on punch-card voting is also available at the city clerk’s Web site. Click on: All About Chad.
