‘Josie’ Makes an Animated Debut

The live-action “Josie and the Pussycats” film might be a flop at the box office, but in the land of Hanna-Barbera the movie’s soundtrack album is a hit. The collection of scrappy pop-rock, credited mainly to the titular band and boasting Babyface as executive music producer, entered the Southern California sales chart at No. 6, in contrast to its No. 16 showing nationwide.
