Jay Leno, Sheryl Crow to Perform at Benefit

Jay Leno, Arsenio Hall and Bob Saget are scheduled for comedy performances, and Sheryl Crow will do a planned musical performance at the 11th annual “Cool Comedy--Hot Cuisine” benefit tonight at the Universal Hilton & Towers in Universal City.

The event is a fund-raiser for the Scleroderma Research Foundation, which seeks a cure for scleroderma, a chronic degenerative disorder of the connective tissues that affects 500,000 Americans.

There is no cure, and many of those with scleroderma die within six to 10 years of diagnosis.

Tickets for the event--which will feature a menu designed and prepared by Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken of Ciudad and Border Grill--start at $350, and reservations are required.
