Median Barrier Finished on California 33

Construction of a concrete median barrier on California 33 in Ventura has been completed, and all lanes are open in both directions, The California Department of Transportation has announced.
The three-mile barrier runs between West Main Street and Crooked Palm Road.
The final construction phase began Oct. 22.
