Here’s an easy-to-navigate Internet site where women can search for career opportunities in coaching, training, officiating, broadcasting, management, journalism (newspaper and pro team internships are listed), marketing and Internet jobs.

The Web site, which averages about 6,500 hits a day, is run by CEO Becky Heidesch and Executive Vice President Mary Lou Youngblood out of a Huntington Beach office with 15 employees.
